We would highly recommend this Cool Delhi trip and company for your Agra visit. We would say this is by far the most well organized Cool Delhi tour company. Our guide Shaan and driver Amir was the best. Shaan is even an excellent photographer. Nicely organized tour and without any stress they showed us all the key tourist spots in Agra. If you are considering to visit Agra for a day or two just hire Shaan and Amir as your tour guide and you won’t regret.

We had a great experience on our trip to Agra, notwithstanding it being insanely hot and humid during our visit. Mahesh helped navigate the sites in the shade and shared a wealth of knowledge, anecdotes, and insights into the sites in our itinerary, tweaking it to our interests. Parem always had the car (and AC) nearby and kept it well stocked with waters. The pre-trip communication was clear, concise, and proactive. They all hit the nail on the head!

Did the Taj Mahal, Baby Taj Majal and Red Fort; great tour. Our tour guide, Fiazen, was very amiable and very knowledgeable of India's history, architecture, cultural and foreign influences. Very good and articulate speaker. The Taj Mahal itself was fascinating but the minor details made the trip quite pleasant: greeted at hotel in Delhi and escorted to train, immediately met at arrival station, very good air-conditioned car, competent driver, ice cold water bottles each time we got back in car, buffet lunch at Hilton. Fiazen in Pioneer Holidays office (different Fiazen, not tour guide) was very prompt and clear on what was offered and what wasn't. All good, very pleased. Also, very hot and humid in September, but bearable. Thank you!

The trip to the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and “Baby Taj” was fantastic and an incredible day to witness a wonder of the modern world. Our tour guide Faizan had the most incredible knowledge about the areas and kept us interested in what we were learning about. The Taj Mahal is stunning and he organised a photographer whilst in there. There is so much detail. The journey from Dehli was smooth and we were put on the train and collected in Agra. Recommend the first class with air conditioning, lots of snacks are provided. The red fort is amazing too. Whilst Baby Taj is listed as optional for the afternoon, we did ask to go there. The lunch provided was good quality We were then taken to a textile and jewel place and think the Cool Delhi listing needs updating for awareness and options Thanks for a great day

We were worried our Taj Mahal visit would be ruined by the monsoon rains, but it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Ajay drove carefully despite the heavy rain, and we never felt unsafe on the road. Our guide Ali met us with umbrellas ready and adjusted our route to minimize time outdoors between stops. Seeing the Taj Mahal in the mist gave it an almost dreamlike quality, and Ali made sure we still got beautiful photos despite the weather. Lunch afterward at a cozy local restaurant was the perfect way to warm up. Proof that even a rainy day can turn into a special memory with the right guide.
